  • How do I book a lesson?
    To book a lesson, follow these steps: Log in to your member account in the top right hand corner of our website. Navigate to the "Book Online" page of our website. Choose the correct lesson type from the services shown. Follow the steps to book online by choosing an appointment slot and filling in the required information.
  • How do I reschedule a lesson?
    You can cancel your lesson through the website. First, log in to your members account. On your personal My Bookings page, you can view upcoming and past bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option, so you can make changes. However, if you are having trouble feel free to call or email!
  • How do I make an account?
    Click on the login button on the top right of the website. Follow the steps shown to make an account. Make sure that the name on the account is the name of the person paying for the lessons; this helps with invoicing. You have the opportunity to add a student name to the account and you will list the student name when booking the lesson as well.
  • How do I cancel my lesson?

    All lessons are fully-refundable up to 24 hours before the session. After the 24 hour mark has passed, there are fees associated with cancelling:
  • What happens if I forget to pay?
    Payment invoices are due 7 days after issued. If you do not pay on time, a 5% late fee will be added to the payment for each day the payment is late.
  • How much does a lesson cost?
    Our price varies depending upon the type of service requested: For more information on types of services offered, see our "services" page or contact us! *Additional fees possible for weekend lessons. *Fees subject to change as market prices increase.
  • How do I pay?
    Using Lili software, you will receive an invoice to your email associated with your member account. After receiving an invoice, customers can pay by selecting from a variety of options, including: Debit or Credit Card, via Stripe (fee associated) Bank Transfer, via Stripe (fee associated) PayPal Venmo Invoices are typically sent out the day after the lesson occurs. However, you can expect to receive your invoices by Sunday of the week your lesson occurred at the latest. If you do not receive your invoice, email invoices.brightminds@gmail.com
